At Ema ét Malina we strive on a quick delivery, so all orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Should there be delays with Post Denmark Ema ét Malina can not be held liable.

Goods to most other EU countries and countries outside the EU will be sent via FedEx and delivery may take up to 5 days.



All products are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an item. This means that you, in case of errors in the product, may claim to us for up to 24 months after purchase. This does not include defects caused by improper use, faulty maintenance or general wear. In case of a complaint or a missing delivery please contact customer service: info@emaetmalina.com.  

Ema ét Malina does not cover shipping expenses in case of a complaint.



Ema ét Malina offer a 14 day return, valid from the day you receive the item. If you regret your purchase, Ema ét Malina must be notified in writing within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. You are obligated to return the product in the same condition and quantity as it was received. This is also valid for the packaging and the information tags displayed on the product. You will bear the costs associated with returning the items.



At Ema ét Malina’s webshop you have the option to pay with all credit cards accepted by PayPal. All prices on products, shipping charges and other services include value added tax (VAT).As we believe in providing an good service no extra change the shipping is free of charge.



Although we aim that the website is accurate in all respects, we can not guarantee that all available products at Ema ét Malina's shop is in stock when your order is processed. And although Ema ét Malina will always endeavor to show the correct text, pictures and prices in the web shop, errors can occur. In case of lack of storage or misleading information that affects your order, or if you have been charged the wrong amount when you have prepared your orders, we will contact you shortly via telephone or via e-mail and give you the opportunity to revise or cancel your order.
